Before you have data, it’s just an opinion. You tell the story, data proves it. What’s YOUR why? Ask why 3 times - the first answer is an opinion or perspective, second is tactical, third is where you get what you’re looking for.
Aligned inputs for common outputs - the inputs from each stakeholder are different - a different “what’s in it for me”, “what benefits my quarter goal”, but common outputs come from establishing a collective vision. People supporting people, supporting people, supporting people. Ease the unknowns, involve people early, celebrate wins.
Find people who are resisting the change - why are they? You’re going to have resistors, but that’s where you find answers on how to improve and your niche in a saturated market.
