Key Takeaways
You need to know you audience. A gift that might work for a frontline manager may not work for a C-Suite executive. If you really know your prospect then the gift doesn’t need to be expensive, an emotional one will have a way stronger impact. For example, if the prospect has a dog then get them some dog toys.
Use gifts to embed your community. Don’t just slap your logo on a shirt and send it over - the prospect won’t care. Again, tie it to emotion. You can give out rewards to customers based on their usage of your product, it will drive FOMO in their office
Pipegen hack: Be careful with how much juice you squeeze out of a program. Have a rotation of programs so that there isn’t burn out and you can come back to it later. If you have 2-4 programs, one can constantly be in motion.
