Brandon is the VP of Sales at Qualia, the category-creating digital closing platform used by over half a million real estate and mortgage professionals.

Before Qualia, Brandon was VP of Sales & Operations at Vacasa and was responsible for a staff of 250+, executing sales and business processes at a high level, enabling Vacasa to solve very pronounced problems in the $170B vacation rental industry.

Before Vacasa, he was Head of Corporate Sales, North America at MongoDB, Leading Corporate Sales in North America to 240% YoY revenue growth, and joined forces with marketing, sales operations, sales development, and channel teams to grow pipeline consistently. 

He was Head of Enterprise Sales at Upwork, installing the company’s first sales team, and drove 4x YoY revenue growth and after his experience as Director of Sales at Reputation and Meltwater.
