Matt is the Vice President of Revenue Operations at Checkr. Matt's past experiences include being the Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Fivestars. Before then, he was the VP of Sales and originally started out as the Director of Business Ops at Fivestars. Matt also spent time as a technology strategy consultant at KPMG.
Pete and Matt spent the hour knocking questions out of the park. They dove into Product-Led Growth (PLG), usage-based business models, what verticals you should be approaching (enterprise, mid-market, SMB, the gig-economy), and how the revenue org at Checkr has optimized the hell out their processes that support the PLG model.
