Will is a longtime Modern Sales Pros member and the VP of Revenue Operations at Brazen. Will has quite the operations background, from managing operations teams at General Electric to building out the Revenue Operations organization at Splash. We bet there wasn’t a RevOps question he couldn’t answer, and, we were right!
Pete and Will spent the hour knocking questions out of the park. They dove into automating the cold outbound process, advocating for budget, frameworks, the role ops plays in forecasting, and so much more.
