Justin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pace, enterprise software for operationalizing a hybrid go-to-market that launched this year. Before Pace, Justin spent 6 years at MongoDB, as an inside sales leader before being promoted to Director of Cloud GTM.
Prior to MongoDB, he started his career in sales in Smartling leading a team of enterprise sales executives. Justin was not always in sales, before his sales career began, Justin was a right-hand pitcher who was chosen by the Los Angeles Dodgers, in the 34th round of the 2009 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft!
