We were joined by Meg Goetsch on August 5th!

Meg is VP of Strategy and Operations at Vanta, a software that helps companies scale security practices and automate compliance! Previously, she led Solutions and Partner Operations at Amazon Web Services. Meg was also VP, Revenue Operations at JW Player, working closely with the COO, managing sales and marketing technology stacks!

She also worked at MongoDB, creating the marketing department from the ground up, leading the automation of worldwide marketing campaigns across marketing technology stacks, and refining lead scoring programs. Did I mention she also co-founded Women in Revenue Marketing? An NYC-based, revenue-minded group for women who are all passionate about marketing measured by revenue!

Meg and Pete discussed Meg's experience at AWS with keeping up with the pace of a growing business with each seller managing 1000 accounts, her experience using Surface Usage information in field, scaling and building her team out at Vanta with a holistic approach by putting the right people in the right area, plus so much more!
