  1. How did you get into sales? 
    I was thrown into the deep end of enterprise sales in 2001. I had survived many layoffs post-downturn and the only thing left for me to do was sell. This is where I found my first business love and have never turned back.

  2. What's your favorite thing about MSP? 
    The structure of the group and the 'guardrails' in place really speak to bringing an incredible amount of people together to share ideas and brainstorm without the ick factor of self-promotion and devious behavior. I am challenged to think about topics differently as a result and am a better person because of this remarkable group.

  3. What do you love about your job? 

    Hands down, it's the people and bringing them together to make some serious magic happen. My business is tasked with an incredible responsibility that I don't take lightly. The ability to help companies get better, solve problems, and achieve goals through helping them hire right the first time around is what I feel like I was put on the planet to do and gets me out of bed in the morning...even on the toughest of days.

  4. What one piece of advice do you want to share with the MSP community? 

    The buyer speaks the loudest, take the lovely advice shared with a grain of salt, and compare it to the needs of your business.
