How did you get into sales?
I started my B2B marketing career at L90, an internet advertising network that IPO'd during the first Internet boom back in the late 90's. Since then I have founded and scaled B2B marketing teams for technology start-ups including StrongView (acquired by Selligent), Livefyre (acquired by Adobe), and now Groove, the most loved sales engagement platform.What's your favorite thing about MSP?
Technology marketing is exhilarating because it's such a challenge. The landscape is constantly shifting and evolving, and you need to always be one step ahead. What I enjoy most about MSP is the candor with which people can share their struggles and success stories, helping their peers move faster and avoid common mistakes.What do you love about your job?
I really love my team! Groove has one of the most impressive teams I have ever had the pleasure to work with, across all divisions. We are all executing at the top of our game and are focused on a single goal - providing our customers with the industry's best sales engagement platform and customer experience.
What one piece of advice do you want to share with the MSP community?
Our world has changed dramatically, but I encourage you to look at this as an opportunity for reinvention and growth - in every challenge lies great opportunity. Take a step back and think about what that means for both your company and your personal career. This is an exciting time if you can find those transformational opportunities.
