Melina worked as Director of Business Development at eMarketer for Latin America and Canada, leading her team, negotiating complex contracts in Spanish and Portuguese, led eMarketer's market entry efforts in Latin America with few resources in comparison to other geographies, generating <$800,000 in revenue in 2.5 years, a 500% compounded increase originating from the region!
