A core tenet of Modern Sales Pros is that a community as large as ours should reflect the world we live in. The revenue community, and more specifically the leadership within the community, has a lot of work to do on the diversity front.
We’re putting together this resource hub as a living page for those of you in the revenue community who are ready to do the work and support our sales world in reflecting the diversity of the real world.

DE&I Communities
Here are a few groups and communities you should know about if this cause is important to you. Pro tip: it should be.
Black in Technology - Blacks In Technology is a global platform for Black people in technology.
Girlz Who Sell - Their goal is to close the gender gap in B2B sales and create the largest pipeline of diverse early-stage female sales talent. We want to establish sales as an intentional and viable career CHOICE.
National Society for Black Engineers - Their mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community.
S4TC - A non-profit, communal movement of Black tech sellers, for Black tech sellers. S4TC exists to make sure that Black people are attracted to, empowered in, enabled for, and included by the tech sales profession.
Sistas in Sales - A community for women of color sales professionals to network, advance their careers, and most importantly, find sisterhood.
Society of Asians in Sales & Success - This group aims to see more Asians thriving in our field by empowering each other towards greater success and leadership.
Valence - An online community dedicated to increasing economic opportunity for the Black community.
WISE - Sales has a problem, and it isn't sales targets. There is a lack of gender diversity in sales; women are underrepresented.

Climb Hire - They train working adults for in-demand Salesforce Administrator roles at growing companies committed to building an inclusive workforce.
Correlation One - A data analytics training and assessments technology company that is dedicated to Data Science for All. DS4A is a virtual data analytics training and jobs program made available for free to U.S. students and professionals from underrepresented communities, including Black, Latinx, LGBTQ+, women, and U.S. military veterans.
Uvaro - They’re an online boot camp that teaches students the skills necessary to help them land a job in tech sales.
Year Up - They bring talented young adults and top companies together to launch careers, power businesses, and build community.

Cultured Perspective - Cultured Perspective, Inc, is a 21st-century consultancy company focused on helping people and organizations of color learn how to scale their ideas into revenue-generating businesses.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate - Participants will learn how building and growing a workforce that includes differing races, religions, ages, genders and sexual orientations, and persons with disabilities can not only improve broad society issues but can also help companies develop novel business practices, increase revenue, and improve performance.
